Manju Jois is the oldest son of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, the foremost authority on Ashtanga yoga. Manju teaches continuously throughout the world since the last 47 years in the traditions of authentic Indian yoga.
Using the original Sanskrit so that students will benefit from the traditional system, Manju teaches the powerful healing elements and techniques that make up the Ashtanga system, including a series of asanas (postures) known as The Primary Series or Yoga Chikitsa (Yoga Healing), as well as Vedic peace chants (Shanthi Mantras). In „Teacher Intensiv“ also Intermediate Series (Nadi Shodana / Second Series) and more Advanced Series one.
A fantastic opportunity to work in a small group with the son of the founder of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Manju is great fun and an inspirational teacher, still teaching in the traditional way. Each class will consist of self practice where manju will work closely with you giving 1:1 adjustments. He will also lead the group through pranayama and mantra chanting.

Led Class (Geführte Klasse) (18.30-21.00). Ashtanga Primary Series, Chanting & Pranayama. 14 students max.
